Brown Environmental Committee
What We Do
The Brown College Environmental Committee, led by appointed committee heads, often in collaboration with the Brown Eco-Reps, is responsible for promoting sustainability and environmentalism at Brown. The committee works on environmental projects, spreads education and awareness about good sustainability practices, and conducts outreach. Anyone is welcome to join or provide suggestions and ideas! For more information, contact Nancy Lindsey or Gwen FitzSimmons.

Greenware
Brown has reusable bowls, reusable plates and reusable cups available to be checked out by Brownies at the discretion of the Eco-Reps. If you are organizing an event with food at Brown, we encourage you to utilize Greenware to not only help the environment but also help you save money on disposables! H&D cleans the Greenware after every use.
Please fill out the form below at least 24 hours in advance of when you will need the greenware. The rental process is first come, first serve. Remember greenware will only be allowed for events taking place at Brown. If you have any questions, please contact one of your Eco-Reps.
